Sales terms<\/th>\r\nYou cannot make a seat reservation through this application form. <\/strong>(Your seat is assigned by the Hiroshima Symphony Orchestra Secretariat.) Return policy<\/th>\r\nCancellation and change of tickets after purchase will not be accepted. Even if you do not attend a concert, you will be charged the ticket price. However, concerts may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances. In such a case, tickets for the relevant concert will be refunded. (It is necessary to return your ticket for the relevant concert for a refund. The postage required to return the ticket is borne by the Hiroshima Symphony Association). However, any costs (travel expenses, etc.) other than the refund of the ticket price will not be covered.
