Ticket Sales

Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

Price Ticket prices (including tax) are displayed on the concert information page.
Payment method and deadline Ticket prices should be paid at the ticket window of a concert venue on the day of a concert.
Time of delivery of tickets Tickets will be delivered at the ticket window of a concert venue on the day of a concert in exchange for payment.
Application deadline Online applications through this form will be accepted until 15:00 of the day before the day of the relevant concert.

Sales terms You cannot make a seat reservation through this application form. (Your seat is assigned by the Hiroshima Symphony Orchestra Secretariat.) For seat reservation, please apply for a reserved seat by calling the Hiroshima Symphony Orchestra Secretariat at +81-82-532-3080.
Please note that if tickets are sold out at the time of your application, we cannot guarantee your seat.
Return policy Cancellation and change of tickets after purchase will not be accepted. Even if you do not attend a concert, you will be charged the ticket price. However, concerts may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances. In such a case, tickets for the relevant concert will be refunded. (It is necessary to return your ticket for the relevant concert for a refund. The postage required to return the ticket is borne by the Hiroshima Symphony Association). However, any costs (travel expenses, etc.) other than the refund of the ticket price will not be covered. In the case of postponement of a concert, tickets for the relevant concert will not be refunded, and any other costs (travel expenses, etc.) will not be covered.
