To pursue a high level of artistic quality and provide you with the opportunity to appreciate an excellent music culture, we hold 10 Subscription Concerts annually in Hiroshima City and one Subscription Concert annually in Hatsukaichi City, Kure City, Fukuyama City, and Shimane Prefecture.
We also provide various powerful programs made possible only by an orchestra, inviting well-qualified conductors and soloists from Japan and abroad. These programs include “Discovery Series Concerts,” through which we offer opportunities for you to encounter diverse music and find something new about music, and “HSO Masterpiece Concerts” produced by Kazuyoshi Akiyama, Music Director of HSO.
